Returns

You have a cooling off period of 14 days to return an item without the need to provide a reason, starting on the day of receipt of the product.

You can, in most cases, return an item that you have ordered to us. You have 14 days from the time of the return notification to return the item.

The product can only be returned unused and in the original packaging.

You can only return the product if all original tags are still attached to the product in the original way. Only any tags that make it impossible to fit the product may be removed. We request that you include any loosened cards with the return shipment.

We cannot process items without packaging and/or where the tags have been detached.

For a correct return handling, the item(s) must;

• Be registered as a return within 14 days of receipt via webshop@janrozing.com 
  
• Actually be returned within 14 days after the registration of your return
  

We do not charge shipping costs for shipping the items to you.
The shipping costs for returning the product are at your expense.


The following articles can not be returned after the seal has been broken due to hygienic reasons:

• underwear
  
• socks

Step 1

Read the above conditions carefully.
Does your return meet these conditions?

Step 2

Send an e-mail to webshop@janrozing.nl in which you at least include the following;

• The order number (B-.....)
  
• The item(s) you will return 
  

Note; do this within 14 days after you have received your product(s) from us.

Step 3

Send us the indicated products.

Note; do this within 14 days after you have registered your product(s) as return.

After receiving the package we will check the contents. When agreed, we will credit the items as soon as possible and, at the latest within 14 days, return the amount to your account.

For a quick settlement of your return you have the possibility to use the model form for cancellation, as sent with your order, or downloadable by clicking this link.

If you would like to use this form, we ask you to send it with the return shipment.

Exchange an item

If you want to exchange an item for example a different color or size, we kindly request you to order the new item via the webshop and return the other item in accordance with the above return procedure.

We are legally bound to this return procedure, so this will be the easiest way to exchange an item.
