Our aim is to keep you as well informed as possible on the status of your order. For updates on the status of your order, you do not need an account on our website. After you have placed an order on our website, you will receive a secure link to your order which makes it possible to follow the status.

This overview shows, amongst other things;

• The status of your order
  
• The status of the shipment
  
• The Track & Trace code of the shipped packages that allows you to see exactly where your package is at the moment, and what the expected delivery day / time is.
  

It is also possible to create an account. This will be possible via a link in the confirmation mail of your first order. With an account you have a number of additional options.

• Automatic address data will be filled in the order form when you visit our website again and you are still logged in
